Inside JobFlow
Three things JobFlow does for you
Every screen below is the real app.
Know what matters today.
Open JobFlow and the Today page summarises what changed across your applications, interviews and saved roles — then points at the one thing most worth doing next.
One short briefing instead of five open tabs.

Your applications organise themselves.
Application confirmations, interview invitations, rejections and follow-ups are logged as the emails arrive, with interview dates and times pulled out for you. Applications that go quiet are flagged so they don't disappear.
Less chance of losing track of an interview or a follow-up.

Useful during your search — and after it.
Your CV insights, achievements, interview notes and application history stay in one workspace, so the next time an opportunity appears you're not starting from a blank page.
One profile that keeps its history when your search ends.

Useful during your search — and after it.
Your workspace doesn't disappear the day you accept an offer.
Keep a record of your wins
Log projects, achievements and feedback as they happen, so your next CV update doesn't start from scratch.
Stay interview-ready
CV insights and past interview notes stay in one place, ready for the next opportunity.
Think about your next move
SoonLightweight prompts around skills and growth help you plan ahead rather than react.
Built to be careful with your inbox.
Read-only access, encrypted storage, and disconnect whenever you want.
Read-only access
JobFlow only requests read access, and is designed to process job-search messages — application confirmations, interview invitations and rejections. Unrelated emails are ignored and aren't added to your workspace.
Strong encryption
Credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and traffic is encrypted in transit.
Can't send or delete email
JobFlow never sends, replies to or deletes anything in your mailbox, and your email content is never sold or shared.
One-click disconnect
Disconnecting stops syncing immediately and removes the stored tokens. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings.

I built JobFlow while I was job hunting, because I kept forgetting where I'd applied, losing interview emails and spending more time organising my search than progressing it.
Eventually I landed a role — but people I'd never met kept signing up, so I kept building. That became JobFlow.
